meetings set for I-94 East-West Corridor Study in Milwaukee
County

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is
making progress on an environmental and engineering analysis
of the I-94 East-West Freeway Corridor.
Construction begins on WIS 190 in Waukesha and
Milwaukee Counties
May 5, 2013
Crews began work
this week on WIS 190 (Capitol Drive), from Brookfield Road
to WIS 100 in Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties. This project
will complete work that began last year on this 5-mile
segment of roadway.
WIS 67 in Waukesha County to close on Monday
May 3, 2013
WIS 67, from WIS 59 to County ZZ, in the southern Kettle
Moraine Forest in Waukesha County, will close this Monday,
May 6, from 10am- 4pm.
Marquette Interchange System Ramp to Close
Starting Monday
May 1, 2013
The system ramp from I-794 to SB I-43/94 will close starting
Monday May 6th and will remain closed until late August.
Two closures scheduled for early Saturday morning
on I-94 eastbound, near the Zoo Interchange

Two closures will take place on Saturday on I-94 eastbound,
beginning in the early morning hours.
Overnight work to begin on WIS 190 in Waukesha
County

The WIS 190 project team will begin working at night in
order to maintain the project schedule. During the morning
rush hour (from 6am- 9am) two lanes of eastbound traffic
will be opened.
WIS 50, near Fox River in Kenosha County to close
tomorrow morning

Due to flooding conditions, WIS 50 near the Fox River, from
WIS 75 to WIS 83 will close early tomorrow morning until
further notice.
Glenview Avenue/84th Street project slated to
begin

The
Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is slated to
begin construction work next week to improve to Glenview
Avenue / 84th Street, just south of I-94 and north of
Wisconsin Avenue.
Construction begins on WIS 190 in Waukesha County

Construction began today on the 2 mile stretch of WIS 190
(Capitol Drive), between WIS 16 and Five Fields Drive in
Waukesha County.
WIS 75 closed between County JB and WIS 142
Kenosha County
April12, 2013
Due to flooding conditions and a potential dam failure, WIS
75, from County JB to WIS 142 will be closed until
conditions improve.
Public meeting scheduled for WIS 60 project in
Washington County
April 5, 2013
The Wisconsin
Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Southeast Region is
announcing the first public information meeting to discuss
improvements to WIS 60 (E. Sumner Street) from just east of
Main Street (WIS 83) to 1,100’ west of Kettle Moraine Road.
I-94 westbound exit ramp to northbound WIS 100
set to close this weekend

Current plans
call for the I-94 westbound exit to WIS 100 northbound will
be closed starting Saturday, April 6 at 8 p.m., weather
permitting. This ramp closure will be in effect through this
summer.
Construction to begin on WIS 11 in Walworth
County

Crews are preparing to roll out the orange barrels on a $1.5
million project on WIS 11 between I-43 and WIS 120 in
Walworth County starting in early April.

Key closures announced at Rawson
Avenue

Freeway Project, key closures will begin soon at
Rawson Avenue in Milwaukee County. These
closures will help pave the way for the

technology to control six traffic signals along 1.5 miles of WIS
