PEWAUKEE — Waukesha County Technical College announced Wednesday the school will be extending campus closures through May 31 with a reopening date of June 1.
The decision is being driven by the public health emergency over COVID-19, the school said. Buildings will remain locked during the campus closure.
Classes that were already offered online began immediately after spring break on March 23 and will follow
their normal schedules. Classes being converted online begin April 6 and will tentatively finish June 1. Lab portions of classes will be delayed until college reopens. The summer semester will begin June 8.
All student services, including academic advising, counseling, and financial aid, will be offered remotely via online systems.
