and Web site. Either you could
drop a check or cash off at the office or we can take a credit card over the
phone (during the day please call 262-513-2674; after 4:00 p.m., call
262-361-2142). We need the name that appears on the card, your credit card
number, the expiration date, the security code on the back and your address
and phone number. 3.5% surcharge added for credit card transactions.

151 words-600 words: $160
601 words or more: $320

We need to have the obituary and payment by 4 p.m. the day before you would
like it to run in the paper and would prefer to receive it by email to
obits@conleynet.com.
For formatting purposes, we request that the deceased's date of birth, date
of death and place of residence be included.
